H & D ARA Constitution and Rules.

At the AGM of 2/3/24 further changes were approved to the Association Rules and constitution effecting the H&D Constitution, the H&D Regatta Rules, the H&D Rules for Boat Racing,  H&D Event Safety Rules, the H&D Registration and Competition Rules and the H&D the Championship Rules. These are detailed under the Rules Tab - see AGM of 2/3/24 - for details.
